The How

  • We craft a cadence for a campaign and design a story submission form. From there you get the word out within the organization. The video production team at Spark Storytellers, led by Joey Viola, reaches out to all individuals who submit their stories and gather their narratives. From there, storyboards are created, and a production plan is made. Always, a high level of consideration is given to ensuring the comfort and ease of the participants through the production process.

  • Production dates for the narrative documentaries are scheduled. Spark Storytellers then executes the filming of in-studio interviews and captures supplementary footage, including interactions with participants and their families.

  • The footage is meticulously gathered by Spark Storytellers, who begins the process of crafting the story's narrative. Singer-songwriter Joey Viola produces a personalized score, including original songs tailored to each individual’s story.

  • During the production phase, Spark Storytellers designs and distributes "It's Time to Talk" tagline T-shirts for all employees within the organization, as well as curates thank-you kits for each participant. The produced shorts are subsequently launched through various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, generating both internal and external exposure for the organization, the public, and the industry.

7 in 10 first responders say there's a stigma in their field about seeking help.

Let’s CHANGE THAT.
